Ingredients for 2 people
- 7 oz (200 g) green cabbage
- 1 medium fresh carrot
- 1 tbsp onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tbsp (40 ml) milk
- 1 ½ tbsp buttermilk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
